As you may know (we can't move the house) so it's important that YOU AND YOUR FAMILY like the neighborhood. After that we will go out and see the homes that you select to be your favorites. Many times, the careful interviewing and pre-selection process will result in a buyer finding the best home available on their first trip together! Through a computer search, we will examine all comparable properties and then write a contract that meets your needs. Once we have negotiated an offer Lada will guide you through all the steps to follow such as getting a GOOD INSPECTOR to inspect the property.
